OUR ORIGIN
Since 1989, Phillip W. Sutherland, now appointed to the judiciary (the Honourable Justice Phillip W. Sutherland), has provided strategic and practical litigation advice to clients in the areas of civil litigation, construction law and family law. Justice Sutherland is a respected member of the profession and distinguished among his colleagues and peers. Prior to his call to the bench, His Honour and Rob Y. Moubarak established Sutherland Law to meet a growing demand for quality, cost-effective litigation services in the City of Vaughan and the surrounding areas. The Sutherland Law team was pleased and proud when Phillip W. Sutherland was appointed to the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in 2014 and has since grown the firm with the same vision, ideals and traditions that were established by Justice Sutherland.
Sutherland Law has experienced significant growth, evolving from its humble beginnings into a thriving firm with a team of over a dozen lawyers serving a continually expanding client base. The firm now operates from its new offices at 169 Cityview Blvd. in Vaughan.
